These Consumer Terms ("Terms") govern your use of Ultralight, Inc.'s website, including registering an account, logging in, and accessing free and paid downloads, software licensing, and support services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Access and Use
Ultralight, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services, including downloads of free and paid SDK versions, solely for your internal business operations and software development.
2. Registration and Account
To access certain features, including paid downloads and licensing options, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Licensing and Support Services
Each SDK provided by Ultralight, Inc. is distributed with its own license terms, which you agree to abide by. Licensing options include both subscription and perpetual licenses. Paid support services are also available.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Distribute, sell, resell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services beyond your authorized use.
- Modify or create derivative works from the SDKs or Services, except as explicitly permitted by the SDK's license.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to the SDKs or Services.
5. Payments
You agree to timely payment of all fees associated with paid downloads, licenses, and support services, as detailed on our website or your purchase agreement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice. Upon termination, your access to Services, including SDK downloads and support services, will cease immediately.
7. Warranty and Liability
Services and SDKs are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ultralight, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
